Big Changes Are Coming: My Tattoo Studio Is Moving to Munich

In short: The pmtsketch tattoo studio is moving from Burghausen to Munich in early 2027. But it will no longer be called pmtsketch. Something big is waiting for you! The exact address will be announced shortly. Appointments are still booked far in advance, but those who sign up for the newsletter will be the first to hear about new appointments and all the details about the new studio.

Some decisions feel like the first line of a large tattoo: once the needle touches the skin, there is no turning back. And that is exactly how it feels right now. After years in Burghausen, it is time for the next step: Munich.

Where exactly? That will remain a secret for just a little longer. But here is what I can tell you: it will be bigger, it will be different, and it will be the perfect place for art and tattoos to grow even closer together.

Why Munich?

Burghausen was and still is my home. pmtsketch grew here, countless projects were created here, and here I learned what it means to develop yourself a little further every day.

Munich is the logical next step. More space for large projects, more space for art off the skin, and more opportunities to bring people together who do not see tattoos as a quick impulse, but as something that lasts.

What is changing – and what is staying?

What is changing:

  • New location in Munich (address coming soon)
  • More space for large-scale projects and longer sessions
  • A studio that is more than just a workplace: a space for art, conversation, and guests

What is staying:

  • Every design is unique and will be created individually for you
  • My signature style, my standards, my attention to detail
  • Existing projects and follow-up appointments will, of course, continue
  • Prices will not increase simply because of a change in location

Speaking of waiting: A few honest words about my appointments

If you have ever tried to get an appointment with me, you know: I am often booked up for a long time. This is sometimes frustrating, for you and, honestly, for me too, because I would love to say yes to everyone right away.

But there is a reason for it. I take the time each project needs. No assembly-line work, no off-the-shelf designs, no time pressure in the chair. Every design is created especially for you and for the place where it will eventually sit.

You will wear a good tattoo for a lifetime. A few months of waiting doesn't matter; quality, on the other hand, does.

How to get an appointment as quickly as possible

  1. Subscribe to the newsletter: I offer new appointments to my newsletter community first. Those who are signed up will always be one step ahead.
  2. Prepare your idea: The clearer your vision (design, placement, size, references), the sooner we can get started when a slot becomes available.
  3. Follow on social media: I will share updates about the move, last-minute cancellations, and first glimpses of the new studio on Instagram and TikTok at @pmtsketch.

What happens next?

In the coming weeks, I will take you behind the scenes: from the first look at the new space to the day the machines hum in Munich for the first time. You will find out the exact address, the opening date, and all the information about new appointments first via the newsletter.

Big changes require patience. Just like good tattoos. It is worth waiting.
